Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to look after your shop on Google, and we never sell it.

What we collect

  • From LINE, when you add @pinraan as a friend: your LINE display name, profile picture and LINE user ID.
  • What you send us in the chat: your shop name, messages, photos and any contact details you choose to share.
  • From Google, once you add us as a manager of your Google Business Profile: your profile information, reviews, posts and performance figures.
  • Payment details needed to bill you. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

Why we use it

  • To run the free shop check and reply to you.
  • To provide the service you sign up for: drafting review replies and posts, updating shop information and sending reports.
  • To bill you and handle refunds.
  • To tell you when PinRaan launches, if you joined the waitlist.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make PinRaan work:

  • LINE, to send and receive messages.
  • Google, to manage your Business Profile on your behalf.
  • Our cloud hosting and AI providers, which process text and photos to prepare drafts for you.
  • Our payment provider, to take payments.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use PinRaan or stay on the waitlist. When you leave or ask us to delete it, we delete it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can:

  • Ask for a copy of your information.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent or object to how we use it.
  • Remove our access to your Google Business Profile at any time.
  • Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
